opsss..salah umah!!

semalam..dlm kul 5a.m
sedang nyenyak tdo..pastu dengar org ketuk dinding umah..
"knock3!!"..agak kuat..ingatkan abg ke sape yg balik pg2 bute neh..

then ayah bgn..nk tgk kot sape yg mai umah ktorg pagi2 neh..
pastu mak plak bgn..act mak xtido pun mase tu..
tgh jage humaira' yg xtdo2 lg mase tu..

ayah bukak tingkap je..takot2 perompak..eeeiii
bile ayah bukak jer tingkap..huarghhhhhhhh!!
"semekom pakcik!!"
"mie ade??"
ayah yg still mamai..tergaru2 pale..
mak pun tlg jawab..
"hmmm..kat cni xdok oghe namo mie.."
pastu org2 tu suh mak n ayah bukak lmpu..n dorang still xcaye..
"bagi ktorg masuk!!"

mak pon bukak la pintu..
"awe..umoh mokcik xdok oghe namo mie..awe saloh umoh kot.."

pas mak ckp cam tu..tetiba ade sorang laki ni ckp kat kwn dye..
"ke aku oyak doh..saloh umoh laaaaaa.."

mak cam suspen ngan dorang ni..mak pon tnye la dorang ni sape..
jeng....jeng...jeng..nk tau dorang sape??

dorang sebenarnye nk ngah cari dak2 yg isap dadah..n yg secara kebetulannya umah yg dorg tgh cari tu..next to my house..hoho..

lpas 'terBOLAH' kat my house..dorang pon pegi la kat umah yg sebenarnya..agak lame dorang duk kat c2..buat soal siasat kot..lps ckp2..dorang bwk sorang mamat dr c2..
act..ktorg da biasa tgk adegan macam ni..selalu gak r kat umah sebelah 2..

bile dah pg sket..ayah p la kat pintu kat dapur..nak bukak la pintu coz nk bg ayam2 dye mkn..
tp pintu tu xleh bukak sbb ade org ltk kayu kayu kat pintu tu..
ayah citer la kat mak..
mak cakap mesti polis2 tu tadi letak sbb takot org yg dye 'cari' tu lari..
klakar gak polis2 ni..bley plak dorang salah umah..huhu

i'm a sinful person!!

today is a bad day..no wonder why..staying at home with nothing make me feel tense!!i've tried to be the best..but still do not make any sense for everyone!!what's wrong with them or what's wrong with me???i thought that holidays will be fun but turned to bad!!i dont know why....being a burden in the house make me cry often..i have no one to tell about..juz only you..i've make someone hurted..n i feel dat i'm the sinful one!!!OH Allah..i'm seeking 4 your forgiveness 4 all my fault..n 4 mom..i'm the sinful daughter..please forgive me..

SAM: Kenapa kamu cakap minum susu segar boleh bawa maut?
DOL: Sebab semalam semasa aku tengah minum,lembu tu terajang aku. Nasib baik tak mati.

SAM: Apasal ko marah kat tokey kedai 2 Ringgit tu?
DOL: Sebab dia tipu. Aku beli 3 barang dia mintak 6 ringgit. Kata kedai 2 Ringgit

SAM: Kau kata binatang peliharaan kau mati lemas? Mana kau tau dia mati lemas?
DOL: Sebab aku bela ikan emas. aku jumpa ia mati dalam air!

SAM: Semalam aku nampak hantu!
DOL: Uih! kau terkejut tak?
SAM: Taklah.... hantu tu yang terkejur tengok aku.
DOL: Mana kau tahu?
SAM: Aku tengok muka dia pucat semacam jer....

SAM: Apasal kopi yang kau buat ni rasa masin?
DOL: Gula dah habis!
SAM: Yang kau pergi campur garam apasal?
DOL: Kan aku kata, sebab gula dah habislah

SAM: Aku tengok kau beberapa hari ini "candle light dinner" dengan bini kau, mesti dia suka.
DOL: Dia marahlah. Aku lupa nak bayar bil elektrik, api rumah aku dah kena potong!

SAM: Aku ada AIDS? mana ada...
DOL: Aku baca 1 dari 10 orang kat Negara ni ada aids. Aku dah tanya 9 orang, semua tak ada aids, kau orang ke 10, tak payah tanya, aku dah tahu...

SAM: Dol, aku dengar bunyi batuk kau makin teruk!
DOL: Iya ke? kalau macamni aku kena banyak berlatih agar dapat batuk dengan lebih baik lagi.

SAM: Dah dua kali perompak yang sama datang merompak kedai kita.
DOL: Tu lah aku dah cakap kat kau, jangan pasang signboard "SILA DATANG LAGI"

Pada suatu hari di sebuah Sekolah Rendah, ketika itu waktu rehat dan terlihat di halaman sekolah tersebut seorang pelajar sekolah darjah satu menangis dengan kuatnya. Lalu, bertanyalah salah seorang gurunya.

Guru : "Kenapa menangis?"
Anak : "Duit saya hilang sepuluh ringgit Cikgu" (jawabnya sambil menangis)
Guru : "Sudahlah jangan menangis ye...nih Cikgu beri sepuluh ringgit."

Namun pelajar tersebut menangis semakin kuat. Cikgu pun menjadi lebih hairan.

Guru : "Aik... menangis semakin kuat? Kan Cikgu sudah ganti sepuluh ringgit."
Anak : "Iya Cikgu...tapi kalau tadi duit saya tidak hilang,kan sekarang duit saya ada dua puluh ringgit."
Guru : "??!!!"

anak yang baik..

Dalam satu kelas darjah satu,seorang ustaz bertanya kepada pelajarnya..

"kamu hendak ke mana?... syurga atau neraka?..siapa yang hendak ke
syurga..angkat tangan... !!"

maka semua pelajarnya pun mengangkat tangan kecuali seorang murid.

Kemudian ustaz itu pun bertanya lagi,siapa hendak ke neraka?"... ..

semua pelajar tidak mengangkat tangan termasuk seorang murid tadi... dengan
kehairanan ustaz itu bertanya..bila saya tanya nak masuk syurga..awak tak
angkat tangan..bila saya tanya nak ke neraka pun awak tak angkat
tangan... .habis awak nak ke mana??".

.Jawab murid itu.."saya tidak mahu pergi ke mana ustaz..bapa saya suruh
saya datang sini belajar,dia pesan..jangan pergi kemana-mana,tunggu sampai
dia jemput"... .

along kate time cuti study tok semm depan..tapi..
diri ni xstudy2 gak..
adoiii..
camne ni ek..
hoho..sem depan subjek sume cm pngsan..
kalo xstudy skang..sure next sem tros pengsan xbgn2..hoho
so,konklusinye..study la wahai diri..

menelusuri tiap liku2 hariku..

bagaimana lagi aku mahu merubah hati ku yg keras..
yg sering terleka di ulik arus dunia..
yg sering goyah bilamana hati ini diuji..
kini..
aku meniti hari2 kedewasaanku..
semakin aku mendekati kematian..
tapi..aku masih seperti dulu..
aku ingin berubah..

aku memohon disaat ini..
Kau bimbinglah diriku..
menjadi hamba yg takut padaMu..
Kau anugerahkan aku sahabat2 yg amat membantu..
moga mereka tergolong dalam para solihin di mataMu..

4 Exercise to sharpen Your Brain

Think of your brain as a muscle: It gets stronger with exercise. Your everyday mental tasks are like walking, but how about a real workout? Try these simple exercises to boost your brain power and clear away the fog of forgetfulness.

1. Use your non-dominant hand
Tackling new tasks improves brain capacity in younger people and has a restorative effect on mental faculties that are declining. Boost your brain power right now by performing everyday activities with your non-dominant hand. If you're right-handed, use your left hand to eat, drink, comb your hair, and brush your teeth. Try writing your name with your non-dominant hand or put your mouse pad on the other side of the keyboard.

Why does this work? The human brain starts declining after the age of 30 especially in women with each successive pregnancy. By exercising your brain through the use of non-dominant hand, you are stimulating the opposite side of the brain and activating blood flow, which slows down the brain aging process and improves mental capacity. Evidence from functional brain imaging shows that the process of neuroplasticity1 can be enhanced by studying new things, especially hand-eye coordinated exercises like developing the use of your non-dominant hand and practicing visualization meditation.

Stimulating communication between the two hemispheres even helps physical balance. Mind-body exercises like tai chi coach people to use the right and left side of the body equally. Try switching it up in sports. For instance, in tennis, switch the racquet to your non-dominant side and play.


2. Work out your brain
You have to use it or lose it! You can work out your mind just like you work out your body. Mental exercises that will keep your brain fit include doing crossword puzzles, playing chess, or memorizing names, shopping lists, and phone numbers. When I was a young boy, to keep my brain function strong, my father had me memorize Tang Dynasty poetry. Every day I had to memorize a new poem and recite it back. Learn the words to a poem or a new song and repeat them back from memory. Set aside the calculator and add manually instead. Keep challenging yourself with tasks that are new to you.

Whatever mental exercise you choose, the key to success is to practice every day at the same time; you are developing and activating new neural pathways, and consistent cycles will keep the brain on track.



3. Move your fingers to improve your brain
Many people marvel that Asian children seem so intelligent. It could be because they use their fingers more frequently. They eat with chopsticks and at one time, they used to compute with an abacus in school. In fact, some studies have been done with children who use an abacus daily, and findings show that engaging the fingers stimulates nerve endings that go directly to the brain, increasing circulation. Take advantage of this by practicing motor activities that use your fingertips, like crocheting, knitting, and other arts and crafts where you are manipulating small parts. Try playing the piano or a stringed instrument.

Here is an exercise you can do anywhere, at any time. Put one finger on top of the one next to it, then try to stack the next finger on top of that. Or hold a pencil or pen between your index and middle fingers, roll it over until it's balanced between the middle and ring fingers, then again to between the ring finger and pinky. This exercise has a beneficial impact on brain health for anyone at any age, but especially for people in their 40s, 50s and beyond,when signs of brain aging starts to set in.

Why does this work? A map of the brain shows that the nerve endings on your fingertips correspond to more areas of the brain than any other body area, except perhaps the tongue and lips. Therefore, finger exercise and movements can be useful in stimulating the neurons in the brain. The National Institute of Mental Health conducted experiments that showed finger exercises enlarged the capacity of the participants' brains, increased connections between neurons, forged new neural pathways, and increased circulation to the brain areas. The researchers concluded that finger exercise contributed significantly to brain plasticity, the ability of the brain to renew itself. Increased circulation means more oxygen and nutrients for the brain cells and decreased waste products that clog up the brain.


4. Stimulate brain acuity with self-massage
To improve concentration and memory try this self-massage that stimulates two easy-to-find acupressure points on your neck at the base of the skull. Cross your hands behind you with the palms cradling the back of your head, your thumbs in the grooves on each side of your neck, and your index fingers crossing one another below the skull, just above the thumbs. Sit in a chair, lean your head back, and let it rest against the pressure of your thumbs and index fingers. Slowly inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth, letting your whole body relax. Do this for three to five minutes. You'll increase blood flow to the brain and at the same time relax the neck muscles, which often tense up in response to stress, constricting blood vessels in the area..

Islam tidak pernah merelakan umatnya menyerah kalah kepada keadaan dan realiti sepanjang zaman. Apatah lagi terus lemah, berdiam diri dan membisu seribu bahasa. Akan tetapi, Islam mengarahkan umatnya supaya terus bangkit, bergerak dan berasa mulia dengan status sebagai penganut Islam.

Kepemimpinan Islam telah dinodai dan dianggap sebagai tidak relevan serta umpama menggerakkan jarum jam ke belakang jika diamalkan pada hari ini. Hakikatnya ia satu amanah perdana, ditolak bumi dan langit dunia dan bukit bukau yang mana saiznya berganda-ganda.

Dalam memperkatakan tentang qiadah atau kepemimpinan, nabi saw ada mnyampaikan pesanan. “Apabila diberikan amanah kepemimpinan itu kepada bukan ahlinya, maka tunggulah detik pembalasan.”

Dengan kesedaran tentang hakikat dan betapa pentingnya persoalan ini, maka penulis ingin berkongsi serba sedikit ilmu tentang kepemimpinan ini. Iaitulah berkenaan apa yang kita perlu lakukan supaya kebenaran terus berdaulat dan memberi rahmat kepada sekalian umat.

Hakikatnya masih ramai yang kabur berkenaan persoalan ini. Menyebabkan kualiti kepemimpinan Islam menjadi makin luntur dan terpengaruh dengan pelbagai ideologi dan fahaman yang kufur. Asasnya, kita sebagai umat yang akhir mestilah memahami kaedah, kepentingan dan prinsip dalam kepemimpinan Islam. Ingatlah pesan Saidina Umar al Khattab, “kita ialah satu kaum yang telah Allah muliakan dengan Islam, jika kita mencari kemuliaan selain daripada Islam, Allah akan memberi kita kehinaan.”
